The invention discloses a vibratile bulldozer push bucket capable of achieving stepless speed regulation and frequency regulation. The vibratile bulldozer push bucket comprises a push bucket body. A through hole is formed in the top end of the push bucket body. An eccentric shaft is arranged in the through hole, and bearings are arranged at the two ends of the eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft is internally provided with a plurality of first hydraulic oil cavities, and piston type eccentric blocks capable of moving vertically are arranged in the first hydraulic oil cavities. The first hydraulic oil cavities are connected with an electric liquid control system used for controlling the piston type eccentric blocks to move vertically in the corresponding first hydraulic oil cavities. One end of the eccentric shaft is connected with a stepless speed regulating device. In the working process of a bulldozer, the vibrating push bucket can generate impact force with vibrating frequency and amplitude which change constantly to accelerate breaking of frozen soil, and thus the bulldozing efficiency of the bulldozer is improved.
