The invention discloses a simple slope runoff silt and interflow collecting device which is characterized by comprising one or more enclosing plates and a first flow collecting plate, wherein the two ends of the first flow collecting plate are respectively in detachable connection with one of the enclosing plates; one or more first drain holes are formed in the first flow collecting plate; water flow in the area formed by the enclosing plates and the first flow collecting plate flows out the area formed by the enclosing plate and the first flow collecting plate from the first drain holes. The provided simple slope runoff silt and interflow collecting device comprises the enclosing plates and the first flow collecting plate, and the enclosing plate and the first flow collecting plate are connected by adoption of a detachable connection manner, so that the device is convenient to disassemble and carry, can be recycled, and cannot be abandoned in the to-be-tested area, and damage to the to-be-tested area can be avoided.
