The invention discloses a building exterior enclosure wall system, comprising an outer akanthus, an inner akanthus and a major structure, wherein the outer akanthus and the inner akanthus are connected by non-metal connecting pieces, an insulating layer is arranged between the outer akanthus and the inner akanthus, a rock wool board is arranged above the insulating layer, and the outer akanthus is provided with metal connecting pieces for connecting with the major structure. The building exterior enclosure wall system has the following advantages: the thermal insulation performance is good, and stress is clear; the safety performance is good; a structure of a waterproof rabbet is not broken, and side stays are fewer; an inner wallboard adopts a foamed concrete material, thus reducing the self weight of an overall exterior enclosure wall, lowering corresponding production, transportation and construction costs, and facilitating water and electricity installation and modification; dry construction is adopted, the installation is convenient, the university is high, and usability for a concrete structure and a steel structure is realized.
