The invention relates to a parking space lock, in particular to a semiautomatic portal parking space lock, mainly comprising a base, a lock cylinder, a bolt, a bolt fastener, a portal car stopper bar, a gas spring or a spring and a footboard fastener, and being characterized in that the base is fixed onto the ground through screws and provided with a round pin hole for fixing the portal car stopper bar, the base is also provided with the bolt fastener fastenable to the portal car stopper bar or provided with the bolt fastener disposed on a round pin immobilized, the lower end of the portal car stopper bar is movably fixed onto the base in a manner that the round pin is inserted into the round pin hole, the upper portion of the portal car stopper bar is provided with the lock cylinder connected with a soft cable, the lower end of the portal car stopper bar is provided with the bolt controlled to telescope via the soft cable or a pull bar or provided with the bolt immobilized, one end of the gas spring is fixed onto the base, the other end of the gas spring is fixed onto the portal car stopper bar, the base is provided with the footboard fastener, and the portal car stopper bar is provided with a recess or retainer in a corresponding position. When a car needs to be driven away by raising the car stopper bar, the portal car stopper bar can return and erect under the effect of the gas spring just after the footboard fastener is stepped by a foot, and at this moment, the portal car stopper bar cannot be lowered.
