The invention relates to a horizontal-type steel-fiber concrete storage tank with a fiberglass lining. The horizontal-type steel-fiber concrete storage tank is provided with a storage tank body, wherein a concrete layer is used as a foundation layer of the storage tank; a meshed steel wire layer is arranged on the upper surface of the concrete layer; a mortar protection layer is arranged on the steel wire layer in a coating manner; a fiberglass layer is arranged on the inner surface layer of the storage tank body; a ventilation hole is formed in the top end of the storage tank body; a safety valve is arranged at the lower end of the storage tank body; a liquid level meter is arranged on the side wall of the storage tank body. The storage tank disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, has high tensile strength, and is easy to seal and resistant to corrosion, so that the service life of the storage tank is greatly prolonged; the storage tank is scientific and reasonable in structural design, little in steel consumption, low in cost of raw materials, short in construction period, and high in safety performance.
