The invention discloses a water tower. A motor, a water pump, a steel plate, screws, a power supply, a reservoir (a water storage tank), a switchboard, a computer, a monitor, a transformer, a circuit special line, cement and sand are mixed and compounded to form concrete, and the concrete is combined with reinforcing steel bars and steel tubes to form a horizon line; the steel tubes, steel tube inserting holes, crosses, and T-bars are assembled to form the water tower; the rain forming function of the water tower is based on the following schematic diagram working principles: a combined type water tower is fully utilized to provide the main function of using the symmetry of air pressure, wind direction and air flow to form a square, so as to enable the rainfall to be accurate; the water pump on the water tower is used to pump water up to the sky; water is just like ferment powder and combines the dual-layer water tower together, so that the rainfall is more accurate and heavier. Based on an investigation on meteorological department statistics, at a height of 100-1500 m of the sky, the rain can form if the sky has clouds; therefore, the water tower pumps water up to change the air pressure intensity; the dual-layer combined type water tower is designed to achieve good rain forming effect and high accuracy; by using the method, the rain forming effect is good, and the rain is heavy.
