The invention discloses a lock cylinder structure with a changeable blade key thread pattern. The lock cylinder structure comprises a lock shell, a lock cylinder, a side column, a side column spring, blades, blade springs, steel balls, steel ball springs, a blade clamping hook, an engineering key and a master key. A clamping hook hole used for installation of the blade clamping hook is formed in the front end of a first blade groove, extending from inside to outside, of the lock cylinder. The blade clamping hook clamps the pair of blades through the clamping hook hole and V-shaped grooves in the blades are aligned. A first pair of thread patterns of the engineering key makes no contact with the blades and the blade clamping hook. A horn-shaped opening structure of a first pair of thread patterns of the master key can push the blade clamping hook to move forwards so that the blade clamping hook can not clamp the blades any more. According to the lock cylinder structure, the first pair of thread patterns of the master key and the first pair of thread patterns of the engineering key are completely different in structure, the keys are prevented from being copied easily, the defect that the engineering key can be used for opening a door lock is avoided, the security of the keys is improved, and safety is high.
