The invention discloses a dual-power electronic mechanical lock. The dual-power electronic mechanical lock comprises a lock body and a lock cover, wherein a spring bolt is arranged in the lock body and installed in the lock body through a rotation returning mechanism. A main power device in transmission connection with the spring bolt is arranged in the lock body. The lock cover is provided with a key hole corresponding to a key. A mechanical power device corresponding to the main power device is arranged in the lock body and in transmission connection with the main power device. The dual-power electronic mechanical lock is reasonable in design and is controlled in the mode that an electronic control circuit controls the rotation of a main motor and rotation of an auxiliary motor. It is guaranteed that when a common motor or other driving mechanisms break down, the auxiliary motor can assist a mechanism in unlocking the lock. When the electronic part can not work normally, a mechanical key is rotated, a supporting frame is pulled, and then a sliding block for limiting rotation of the spring bolt is directly made to move downwards, and mechanical and emergent opening of the lock is realized.
