The invention relates to a multifunctional door and window opening and closing device. The multifunctional door and window opening and closing device comprises a sliding support assembly installed on the top of a door and window, an angle sensor, a wind and rain sensor, a door and window drive assembly, a power source and a controller. The sliding support assembly comprises a first connection rod, a second connection rod, a third connection rod and a fourth connection rod. The door and window drive assembly is a gas spring telescopic rod or a hydraulic telescopic rod. One end of the door and window drive assembly is fixed to the first connection rod, and the other end of the door and window drive assembly is fixed to a door and window frame. The angle sensor is arranged on the first connection rod and used for sensing changes of the angles of the first connection rod. The wind and rain sensor is arranged on an outer frame of the door and window and used for sensing the changes of wind and rain. The angle sensor, the wind and rain sensor and the controller are in control connection. The power source is connected with the angle sensor, the wind and rain sensor, the door and window drive assembly and the controller and provides power for the angle sensor, the wind and rain sensor, the door and window drive assembly and the controller. The multifunctional door and window opening and closing device has the advantages of being simple in structure, reasonable in design, convenient to install and use, diverse in function, capable of meeting the use requirements of people and controlling the opening and closing angle of the door and window and the like.
