The invention discloses a diaphragm type solar battery louver which comprises a louver frame. A driving gear and a driven gear are installed on the louver frame. The driving gear is connected with a stepping motor and is connected with the driven gear through a synchronous belt, one or more synchronous gears are installed on the synchronous belt and connected with louver blades, and diaphragm type solar battery pieces are attached to the front sides of the louver blades. The diaphragm type solar battery louver can convert solar energy into electric energy, has the functions of shielding light and automatically adjusting the indoor brightness, is simple in structure, reliable in operation, long in service life and environmentally friendly, and saves energy.
