The invention provides a lamellar anti-freezing pipeline. A cross section of the lamellar anti-freezing pipeline is circular-ring-shaped; the lamellar anti-freezing pipeline comprises a pipeline body of an innermost layer; an anti-freezing coating is formed on an external surface of the pipeline body; a prefabricated thermal insulating layer is formed on an external surface of the anti-freezing coating and coated with an anti-corrosion coating. The pipeline body of the innermost layer of the lamellar anti-freezing pipeline is made out of a titanium alloy so that the pressure-resistant properties of the product can be guaranteed better; the anti-freezing coating meets the external anti-freezing requirement of the product and also is capable of effectively preventing the body of the pipeline from cracking.
