The invention discloses alinite cement and a preparation method thereof. The alinite cement is prepared by mixing, by mass, 94%-96% of clinkers and 4%-6% of gypsum, wherein the clinkers are prepared by calcining raw materials which are prepared from, by mass, 37%-58% of acetylene sludge, 5%-30% of waste incineration fly ash, 14%-20% of shale, 4%-11% of dolomite, 0.5%-9% of bauxite and 6%-11% of calcium chloride. According to the alinite cement and the preparation method thereof, waste polluting the environment serves as the raw materials, the environment is protected, and the cost is reduced.
