Method for preparing recycled coarse aggregate and environment-friendly cement block with construction waste
The invention relates to the technical field of construction and building materials, and especially relates to a method for preparing a recycled coarse aggregate and environment-friendly cement blocks with construction waste. According to the invention, construction waste is sequentially subjected to impurity removing, magnetic separation, crushing and screening, such that a concrete recycled fine aggregate and a concrete recycled coarse aggregate preliminary product are obtained; the recycled concrete coarse aggregate preliminary product is bake-dried and ground, such that a recycled coarse aggregate is obtained; the obtained concrete recycled fine aggregate is well mixed with a filling material and cement; the mixture is well mixed with water; and the mixture is prepared into environment-friendly cement blocks. With the method provided by the invention, two products which are the environment-friendly cement blocks and the recycled coarse aggregate can be obtained at a same time, such that a novel method is provided for construction waste treatment. The method is economical, cost-saving and environment-friendly. The method accords with the concept of sustainable development. The method can be used in producing environment-friendly cement blocks, and can also be used in producing environment-friendly cement products such as environment-friendly cement bricks.
