The invention relates to a waste material recycling process, in particular to an asphalt waste material recycling process for recycling waste materials obtained after pavement materials are aged or broken. The process mainly includes the following steps of firstly, preparing a production device and a test instrument; secondly, preparing a recycled material; thirdly, metering the recycled material; fourthly, recycling and regenerating a new material. Through the heat regeneration technology of putting regenerant in asphalt waste materials, waste mixed materials are utilized to the maximum extent, lots of aggregates and asphalt resources are saved, the environment protection is facilitated, and the economic benefits are improved; most importantly, after the recycling technology is adopted, asphalt waste materials become materials with the same performance as asphalt new materials, the complete recycling standard is achieved, maintenance and pollution cost is greatly reduced, and economic benefits are remarkable.
