The invention relates to the technical field of cements, and especially relates to a cement assistant. The cement assistant comprises, by mass, 40-60 parts of calcium sulfate, 100-120 parts of limestone, 10-15 parts of a stabilizer and 12-15 parts of a retarder, and preferably comprises, by mass, 40 parts of calcium sulfate, 120 parts of limestone, 10 parts of epoxy ester, 15 parts of citric acid and 5 parts of fly ash. The stabilizer well improves the integral stability of the cement assistant prepared through adopting the above formula; the retarder well plays a role in retardation; and an activator well improves the activity of the cement assistant.
