Nuclear-shell type reinforced concrete organic corrosion inhibitor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a nuclear-shell type reinforced concrete organic corrosion inhibitor which consists of a narrow ranged polyethylene glycol-b-polystyrene block copolymer coated by an organic corrosion inhibitor. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the organic corrosion inhibitor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a shell material, namely, initializing styrene polymerization by using an atom transfer radical polymerization, so as to obtain the narrow ranged polyethylene glycol-b-polystyrene block copolymer; (2) preparing a nuclear-shell type organic corrosion inhibitor, namely, combining the narrow ranged polyethylene glycol-b-polystyrene block copolymer synthesized by using a solution dialysis method in the step (1) with the organic corrosion inhibitor, thereby obtaining the nuclear-shell type reinforced concrete organic corrosion inhibitor. The nuclear-shell type reinforced concrete organic corrosion inhibitor disclosed by the invention is good in dispersion property and affinity, has certain sensitivity on ambient pH change, and can release corrosion inhibition components in an environment with a specific pH value.
