Concrete and mortar curing agent
The invention discloses a concrete and mortar curing agent, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The curing agent is prepared from, by weight, 90-100 parts of a styrene acrylic emulsion, 10-15 parts of nano-silica, 25-30 parts of modified montmorillonite, 15-20 parts of furnace ash, 12-18 parts of meerschaum powder, 15-20 parts of zeolite nano-powder, 10-15 parts of adhesive nano-powder, 5-8 parts of glass micro-powder, 8-12 parts of palm wax, 8-12 parts of turpentine oil, 6-10 parts of texanol, 4-7 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 3-5 parts of benzoin, 25-30 parts of propylene glycol phenyl ether and 50-60 parts of water. The nano-silica is used to modify the styrene acrylic emulsion in order to improve the film formation ability, the weatherability and the ageing resistance of the curing agent, so the prepared curing agent has strong bonding force with the surfaces of fresh concrete and mortar, and can be sprayed to rapidly form a compact curing film; and the zeolite nano-powder and the adhesive nano-powder can obstruct capillary pore channels of concrete and mortar to prevent water evaporation and improve the curing effect.
