Heavy metals and hygiene indicators of livestock manure, municipal sewage sludge, domestic garbage, organic industrial waste slag or inorganic industrial waste slag treated by fermentation must comply with indexes set forth in the national ''urban waste agricultural control standard GB 8172-87''.
