The invention provides a calcium silicate plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The dry material of the calcium silicate plate comprises 40-60% of silica fume, 5-25% of fly ash, 10-30% of acetylene sludge, 5-15% of cement and 5-15% of glass fibers, and the calcium silicate plate is obtained through the following steps: adding water to raw materials, uniformly mixing, carrying out compression molding, pre-curing, carrying out autoclave curing, and drying. The calcium silicate plate accords with national requirements in relevant standards of the calcium silicate plate; and the calcium silicate plate adopting solid wastes in the electro-metallurgical industry as a raw material has the advantages of low cost, and high efficiency cycling of the solid wastes in the electro-metallurgical industry.
