Production technology for environment-friendly imitated black bricks
The invention discloses a production technology for environment-friendly imitated black bricks. The production technology comprises the following steps that firstly, materials are prepared, wherein 80% of fine aggregate and 20% of cement are prepared, the fine aggregate is regenerated fine aggregate manufactured through building waste materials and is smashed through a machine, or raw fine aggregate serves as the fine aggregate; secondly, the materials are fed, wherein 80% of fine aggregate and 20% of cement are added in a storage device, and then a large amount of pigment and water are added; thirdly, stirring is carried out, wherein the materials in the storage device are conveyed into a stirrer to be evenly stirred, and mixed materials are obtained; fourthly, the mixed materials are conveyed and stamped for formation, wherein the mixed materials are conveyed to dies through a first conveying belt, and the bricks are formed through jolt-squeezing in a jolt-squeezing machine in a stamping machine; fifthly, stacking is carried out, wherein the bricks formed through jolt-squeezing are conveyed to a stacking position through a second conveying belt. Compared with the prior art, the production technology has the advantages that the jolt-squeezing mode is adopted, by means of jolt-squeezing, the dimension is standard, deformation is not likely to occur, strength is large, the pressing resisting and demounting resisting capability is high, the bricks can be directly built and are attractive, plaster does not need to be applied, and waste building materials are reduced.
