Cement grouting material adopting quartz sand and iron tailings as aggregates
The invention provides a cement grouting material adopting quartz sand and iron tailings as aggregates. The cement grouting material comprises, by mass, 90 parts of cement, 40 parts of quartz sand, 60 parts of iron tailings, 10 parts of fly ash, 1-10 parts of silica fume, 0.6-0.8 parts of a water reducer and 0.2-0.8 parts of an antifoaming agent. The cement grouting material has the following advantages: 1, a large amount of the iron tailings is used, and industrial solid wastes are comprehensively utilized, so changing of wastes into valuables, energy saving and emission reduction purposes are realized; 2, the cement grouting material is prepared from high quality raw materials through optimizing a ratio, so sufficient freight sources, easily available raw materials, non-volatility, no pollution or harms, simple processing preparation and low cost are realized; and 3, performance indexes of the cement grouting material accord with JC/T 986-2005 Cement Grouting Material standard requirements.
