Novel low-shrinkage mortar for air-entrained bricks
The invention discloses novel low-shrinkage mortar for air-entrained bricks. The novel low-shrinkage mortar is prepared from the following ingredients (by weight): 55% of quartz sand, 10% of fly ash, 3% of magnesium lime, 2% of calcium carbonate, 2% of bentonite, 1.5% of xonotlite, 9% of cement, 10% of pottery sand, 2% of zeolite powder, 0.5% of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, 1.5% of meerschaum, 2.5% of redispersible latex powder, 0.5% of a melamine water reducer and 0.5% of hydroxyethyl cellulose. The invention has advantages of simple production process and low cost. The prepared mortar has good strength, low heat conductivity and very good anti-crack effect, is energy-saving and environmentally-friendly, satisfies needs of constructional engineering and meets environmental protection requirements. By graft modification of calcium carbonate and dispersion in mortar to form a dispersed system, internal stress of the mortar can be absorbed and shrinkage settlement of the mortar can be reduced. By adding calcined magnesium lime and xonotlite powder, anti-penetrability performance of the mortar is further enhanced, and phenomena such as poor hardening and cracking, etc. due to too fast drying and insufficient moisture of the mortar are effectively improved.
