Making technology of Nixing pottery gypsum molds
The invention provides a making technology of Nixing pottery gypsum molds. The technology comprises the following steps: 1, mixing water and calcined gypsum powder according to a water/gypsum ratio of 0.506~0.512 to obtain a gypsum slurry; 2, respectively mixing the gypsum slurry with tartaric acid accounting for 0.015-0.025% of the weight of the gypsum slurry, a polycarboxylic water reducer accounting for 0.5-0.7% of the weight of the gypsum slurry, emulsified silicone oil accounting for 0.1-0.15% of the weight of the gypsum slurry, fly ash accounting for 0.2-0.3% of the weight of the gypsum slurry and Nixing pottery mud accounting for 0.1-0.3% of the weight of the gypsum slurry, and stirring until uniformity to obtain a mixed slurry; and 3, making blank molds with various shapes by using the mixed slurry, and drying to obtain the molds. The Nixing pottery gypsum molds made in the invention have far lower water/gypsum ratio than a normal level, has obvious improved strength, and has substantially enhanced water, wear and corrosion resistance. A use result finds that the use frequency of the gypsum molds can reach 400, so the production cost is substantially saved.
