Modularization-building-foundation-soil rapid chemical curing agent and application thereof
The invention relates to the field of modularization building foundation soil processing, and aims at providing a modularization-building-foundation-soil rapid chemical curing agent and application thereof. The chemical curing agent comprises the following compositions in percent by mass: 10-20% of high early strength cement, 20-40% of slag powder, 25-45% of fly ash, 8-16% of pulverized limestone, 6-10% of gypsum powder, 1-4% of potassium permanganate, and 2-5% of polycarboxylic acid water reducer. The chemical curing agent is capable of rapidly developing strength and giving play to effect of foundation softening processing, reduces environment soil influence and does not cause environment risk, helps to improve the mixing efficiency with ooze soil and improve processing effect on modularization building foundation soil, and is shortened in curing time compared with a lime or cement solidification manner in a routine technological means. Compared with a conventional reinforcing technology for high-organics-content high-water-content ooze soil at a tourist area or farm, the foundation-soil rapid chemical curing agent is controllable in cost, substantial in effect and fast in curing speed, and possesses extremely large application value in modularization building industry.
