The invention discloses a nano waterproof coating which is prepared from 15-18 parts of water resistance poly vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive, 35-45 parts of hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 0.3-0.8 part of nanometer titania, 1.2-3.6 parts of siloxane coupling reagent, 0.5-0.8 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 3-5 parts of diacetone alcohol, 2-3 parts of dispersing agents, 0.6-0.8 part of antifoaming agents, 0.3-0.5 part of thickening agents and 10-18 parts of water. By means of the mode, the nano waterproof coating is not prone to solidification, long in retention time, good in antifouling property and capable of preventing attachment of marine attaching organisms within a certain time, has good seawater impact resistance and is free of blistering and falling when being soaked in water for a long time.
