The brick comprises components in percentage by mass as follows: 25% of yellow sand, 15% of calcium carbide slurry, 10% of fly ash, 30% of furnace slag and 20% of stone powder. The production process comprises steps as follows: settling, decomposition, brick making, primary curing, high-temperature curing and pressure maintaining. Common industrial waste or sand resources are taken as raw materials, and the environment-friendly fly ash brick is manufactured in cooperation of a scientific curing technology, has the characteristics of high strength, high compactness, small water absorption, high impermeability, lightweight, high pressure resistance, moisture prevention, sound insulation, thermal insulation and the like, can be used for a load bearing wall, can be used for a filling material of a framework structure due to lightweight, is applicable to wall engineering of industrial and civil construction and meets the strict requirements of people for the living environment.
