Tenmoku glaze procelain
Disclosed tenmoku glaze porcelain comprises china clay and glaze. The glaze is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-45 parts of potash feldspar, 10-40 parts of albite, 1-5 parts of aluminium oxide, 1-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-5 parts of cobalt oxide, 10-50 parts of Dehua kaolin, 1-10 parts of cattle bone powder, and 1-10 parts of straw ash. The china clay is composed of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-55 parts of Dehua kaolin, 10-35 parts of dolomite, 5-25 parts of potash feldspar, 5-25 parts of albite, 0-5 parts of aluminium oxide, 0-5 parts of zinc oxide, 0-5 parts of cobalt oxide, 1-15 parts of Dehua mine soil, 1-10 parts of mica, and 5-15 parts of Dehua clay. The employed china clay is brown or black body, the glaze is oil-drop tenmoku glaze, and crystallized piebald points with different sizes are distributed on the glaze surface of the ceramic product prepared by using the glaze and show oil-drop-shaped pattern, and the pattern is extremely attractive.
