Repairing material of magnesium aluminate spinel bricks for lime sleeve kiln burners
The invention relates to a repairing material of magnesium aluminate spinel bricks for lime sleeve kiln burners. The technical problems of low melting point and poor erosion resistance of present repaired cracked magnesium aluminate spinel bricks for lime sleeve kiln burners are solved. A technical scheme adopted in the invention is characterized in that the repairing material of magnesium aluminate spinel bricks for lime sleeve kiln burners comprises, by weight, 35-45% of periclase, 25-35% of sintered magnesia, 17-29% of magnesium chloride hexahydrate, 3-4% of ultrafine alumina powder and 2-3% of anhydrous resin. The repairing material is mainly used for repairing the magnesium aluminate spinel bricks for lime sleeve kiln burners. The service life of the magnesium aluminate spinel bricks for lime sleeve kiln burners, repaired by using the repairing material, is prolonged above 2 times.
