Ceramic wear-resistant material for hot fitting
The invention discloses a ceramic wear-resistant material for hot fitting. The ceramic wear-resistant material comprises 15 to 60 percent of electro-fused mullite aggregates with granularity of 5mm to 3mm, 3 to 10 percent of andalusite particles with granularity of 1mm to 0.1mm, 5 to 25 percent of sintered alumina particles with granularity of 3mm to 0.1mm, 5 to 15 percent of electro-fused white alumina with granularity of 0 to 0.044mm, 8 to 25 percent of composite ceramic nano powder, 3 to 10 percent of aluminate cement, 2 to 7 percent of composite anti-explosion agent, 0.25 percent of composite water reducing agent and 4 to 6 percent of industrial softening water. For the characteristics of a divergence of a blast furnace air supply pipeline and a hot air outlet of a hot air furnace, the material which is good in thermal shock resistance is used as a main body skeleton to solve the cold-heat alternation problem; the superfine nano composite ceramic material is used to be firmly sintered and combined with the particle skeleton, so that the steam pressure problem caused by the high temperature when in pouring can be solved by adding the composite anti-explosion agent. The ceramic wear-resistant material can be poured for fitting under the heat condition of 600 to 900 DEG C, no cross wind and redness can be guaranteed, and vast economic benefit can be brought to the enterprise.
