The invention relates to a preparation method of a magnesia-hercynite coal injection pipe. The preparation method includes the following steps that 1, materials for preparing the magnesia-hercynite coal injection pipe are selected and crushed, and a crushed material A is obtained; 2, the crushed material A is screened and weighed in proportion and dumped into a stirring device for being evenly stirred, and a stirred material B is obtained; 3, an addition agent and water are added to the stirred material B for being evenly stirred, and a mixed material C is obtained; 4, the mixed material C is added to a die for preparing the coal injection pipe till the surface is smooth, and a coal injection pipe sample is obtained; the coal injection pipe sample and the die are placed in the air and left to stand for 36-48 hours, and then die releasing is conducted to obtain a first coal injection pipe sample; 6, natural curing is conducted on the first coal injection pipe sample for 48-60 hours, then the coal injection pipe sample is dried, and the coal injection pipe is obtained. According to the preparation method, a self-flow mode of a product is achieved by adjusting the particle size composition, and the construction problem brought by alkaline cast material is avoided.
