Low-cost durable main ditch material
The invention discloses a low-cost durable main ditch material. The low-cost durable main ditch material is prepared from, by weight, 40-75 parts of a used main ditch material, 30-50 parts of electric smelting dense corundum, 10-15 parts of silicon carbide, 4-10 parts of alumina micro powder, 1-3 parts of silicon oxide micro powder, 1-3 parts of spherical pitch, 0-2.5 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 0.5-1 part of anti-explosion fiber, 0.5-1 part of an efficient water reducing agent, and extra-added 0.1-0.2 part of efficient dispersing agent and 4-6 parts of water. The used main ditch material for a waste blast furnace is recycled, and a new main ditch material is obtained after the recycled used main ditch material is matched by adopting the more scientific formula, so that resource waste is avoided, environment pollution is reduced, and meanwhile the cost is greatly lowered on the premise that the service life is not shortened. A main ditch material matrix contains the silicon carbide fine powder, and therefore the slag corrosion resistance and iron washing resistance of a connector material are improved.
