The invention discloses a re-preheating impregnation method for an unqualified impregnated graphite product. The method includes preheating and impregnation. The preheating comprises: preheating the unqualified impregnated graphite product from environment temperature to 320+/-5DEG C, wherein the preheating is carried out according to the following preheating curve: heating the unqualified impregnated graphite product from environment temperature to 150+/-5DEG C; further heating the unqualified impregnated graphite product already heated to 150+/-5DEG C to 200+/-5DEG C; further heating the unqualified impregnated graphite product already heated to 200+/-5DEG C to 320+/-5DEG C; and maintaining the unqualified impregnated graphite product at 320+/-5DEG C to carry out constant temperature treatment. With the re-preheating impregnation method provided by the invention, during re-impregnation of the unqualified impregnated graphite product, the surface coal tar pitch cannot coke and affect the access of impregnation liquid into the product to cause serious uneven impregnation, and wasting of unqualified impregnated graphite products and other problems can be reduced.
