Two-component self-luminous modified marking latex and application method thereof
The invention discloses two-component self-luminous modified marking latex and an application method thereof. The marking latex is prepared from, by weight, 100-150 parts of epoxy resin and curing agents, 3-8 parts of glass fiber powder, 5-15 parts of quartz sand, 5-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 18-25 parts of glass beads, 1.0-2.5 parts of dispersing agents, 0.5-1.5 parts of diisooctyl phthalate, 2-5 parts of methylbenzene and 2.0-25 parts of energy-storage luminescent materials, wherein the mass ratio of the epoxy resin to the curing agents is 3:1. All raw materials of the two-component self-luminous modified marking latex are general industrial raw materials on the market, fabrication cost is low, the process is simple, the good energy-storage self-illumination function and good illumination function are achieved, when the two-component self-luminous modified marking latex is applied to the road surface, sunlight is absorbed and energy is stored in daytime, and the energy is emitted at night, so that a road marked line can have the advantages that at night, the marked line is good in luminous identifiability, high in luminous intensity and long in luminous time.
