Novel method for cleaning embedded iron seat of heavy-duty freight railway fastener
The invention discloses a novel method for cleaning an embedded iron seat of a heavy-duty freight railway fastener. The method comprises the following steps of (1) centralizing a parting line of a casting on a contour line which is easy to treat; (2) and then designing a trimming mold for cleaning the parting line of the casting; (3) using a hydraulic press machine to fix the trimming mold on a bottom plate of the press machine, placing the casting in the trimming mold, adjusting the speed and pressure of the press machine, and cleaning the parting line of the casting at one time; and (4) finally, performing shot blasting treatment on the parting line of the casting so as to eliminate burrs and flashes. The invention has the advantages of high casting cleaning efficiency, good quality, low noise, no dust and less pollution to environment and is obviously superior to manual polishing in safety.
