Integrated mounting method for bridge arch rib
The invention aims at providing an integrated mounting method for bridge arch ribs, which solves problems of high construction difficulty and long period of overhead welding. The integrated mounting method for the bridge arch ribs comprises the following mounting steps of erecting a mounting platform: driving a plurality of supporting piles on the two sides of a bridge along the traffic direction and erecting a supporting platform; connecting tail sections and arch feet of the arch ribs: respectively hinging the arch feet at the two ends of the arch ribs and the tail sections of the corresponding arch ribs through rotating shafts so as to form hinging points; splicing the arch rib sections: connecting and fixing arch rib section connecting ends on the supporting platform through locating devices; turning over and hoisting the arch ribs: hoisting the arch ribs through hoisting equipment, pulling the arch ribs to be turned over upwards around the arch foot hinging points to a set angle, tightening a cable to fix the arch ribs, and finally welding and fixing the arch foot hinging points; and tensioning hoisting rods to adjust the cable force of the whole bridge. Various defects that the accuracy is not easy to ensure, the construction is dangerous and the like in overhead splicing are avoided; the construction difficulty of the bridge arch rib is greatly reduced; the splicing accuracy is improved; the method is easy to realize; and the construction period of the bridge is shortened.
