Cantilever casting box girder 0# block
The invention discloses a cantilever casting box girder 0# block which comprises a 0# block, a trapezidal upper fixing platform and a trapezidal lower fixing platform. The upper fixing platform is reversely arranged right above the lower fixing platform. Two opposite supporting platforms are arranged between the upper fixing platform and the lower fixing platform. The supporting platforms are vertical trapezidal members. The volume of each supporting platform is smaller than that of the upper fixing platform and that of the lower fixing platform. The upper oblique surface and the lower oblique surface of each supporting platform respectively match the oblique surface of the upper fixing platform and the oblique surface of the lower fixing platform. A mounting connecting board is fixed outside each of the supporting platforms. Two sides of the connecting boards are provided with screws. Two connecting pipes are arranged between the two connecting boards. Each connecting pipe is provided with an internal thread. The connecting pipes are connected with ends of the two opposite screws in threaded connection, and the other ends of the two opposite screws are provided with nuts which are mounted in a matching manner. The nuts contact with the connecting boards. The cantilever casting box girder 0# block has advantages of simple structure, high stability, no easy deformation after multiple times of repeated use, and low manufacture cost.
