The invention discloses a ground cleaning device, in particular a pavement washing device, which belongs to devices for washing and collecting garbage and sewage in pavement cleaning equipment. The pavement washing device is characterized by comprising a turntable, washing strips and a sewage suction opening. The realization principle of the pavement washing device is that four symmetric washing strips are arranged at the bottom of the turntable; the washing strips are arranged towards the circle center of the turntable from outside of the turntable; an inclination angle for guiding sewage to flow to the sewage suction opening is formed according to a turntable rotating direction; the washing strips wipe the ground again and again during the rotating of the turntable and guide the sewage to flow to the position of the middle sewage suction opening; and a water suction pump is connected outside the sewage suction opening to pump the sewage; therefore, a set of recycling cleaning system for recycling the sewage after the ground is wiped by clean water is formed. As the pavement washing device exerts very high cleaning efficiency and water resource waste is reduced, the pavement washing device has very good promotion and application values.
