Circulating water cooling system for diesel hammer
The invention provides a circulating water cooling system for a diesel hammer. The circulating water cooling system comprises a water inlet pipe, the diesel hammer, a water outlet pipe, a water storage tank and a displayer. The water inlet pipe comprises a water pump, a one-way throttle valve, a pressure meter, a water inlet temperature sensor and a water inlet pipe body. The diesel hammer comprises an air cylinder, an upper piston, a combustion chamber and an air suction and discharge hole. The water outlet pipe comprises a water outlet pipe body, a first temperature sensor, a heat exchanger and a second temperature sensor. An annular water cavity is formed in the outer wall of the air cylinder, and a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the lower portion and the upper portion of the annular water cavity respectively. Multiple flow guide blades are arranged in the annular water cavity, and are arranged on the circumferential face of the inner wall of the annular water cavity around the annular water cavity in a radial manner. The heat exchanger is formed by connecting multiple heat exchanger bodies in series, and cools high-temperature hot water in the annular water cavity in multiple stages so as to reach the set circulating water temperature value. Heat dissipation and cooling conditions of the combustion chamber of the diesel hammer can be effectively improved, the working reliability can be further improved, and the service life can be further prolonged.
