The invention discloses a vibrating self-adaptive pole tower device for power transmission and distribution lines. The vibrating self-adaptive pole tower device comprises a pole tower body with supporting stand columns at the bottom, a self-adaptive locating base laid underground and concrete tower feet laid underground. The self-adaptive locating base comprises base plates with the lower portions prefabricated on the concrete tower feet and a plurality of layers of bar embracing devices arranged in a space staggered manner. Bearing locating components of the supporting stand columns are arranged in the middles of the base plates. Self-reset springs are arranged on the peripheral sides of the bearing locating components and/or the lower portions of the bar embracing devices. Locating reference modules are arranged in the concrete tower feet, and space cross structures or space structures shaped like a Chinese character 'mi' are formed by the bar embracing devices. The bar embracing devices are of combined type plate face structures nested in the peripheral sides of the supporting stand columns. According to the vibrating self-adaptive pole tower device, foundation strength, structural stability and vibration resisting capacity are increased, foundation cracking and differential settlement are effectively prevented, and a controller of the pole tower body is used for collecting position information and giving an alarm timely.
