The invention relates to a residue soil conveying mechanism of an excavating loader and belongs to engineering machinery. The inlet width of a residue soil collecting shovel of the residue soil conveying mechanism can be changed. The residue soil conveying mechanism of the excavating loader comprises a groove body provided with a chain scraper mechanism and the residue soil collecting shovel arranged at the inlet end of the groove body. The residue soil collecting shovel is composed of residue soil collecting plates (2) and two oil cylinders (3), wherein the residue soil collecting plates are of an L-shaped structure and hinged to the two sides of the groove body (4) respectively, and the two oil cylinders are hinged to the two sides of the groove body (4) respectively and are in hinge joint with the corresponding residue soil collecting plates (2) through piston rods. The opening degree of the two residue soil collecting plates can be controlled according to the size of the operating space. Therefore, the adaptability of construction equipment to the construction environment is improved, and the residue soil collecting efficiency is improved. The residue soil conveying mechanism is an improved structure of an existing residue soil conveying mechanism of the excavating loader.
