The invention relates to a high-load water grate. The high-load water grate includes a water grate cover body and a water grate cover seat matched with the water grate cover body; the water grate cover seat is of a hollow rectangular structure; one end of the water grate cover body is hinged to the water grate cover seat and is clamped into the water grate cover seat; the water grate cover body includes a vertical main reinforcing bar and two transverse reinforcing bars, wherein the vertical main reinforcing bar is perpendicular to the two transverse reinforcing bars in an intersecting manner; a one-way inserting type mode is adopted, and the smoothness of materials is destroyed, and then, the materials are re-combined, and therefore, the structural integrity of the high-load water grate is greatly increased, and the strength of the high-load water grate is increased; and a W-SMC is cut into a hemispherical body in the shape of a water grate, and therefore, the hardness and strength of the water grate can be greatly improved, and the water grate can withstand maximum stress borne by the center of the water grate, and the bearing coefficient of the whole water grate is improved.
