The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and discloses a sewage suction system, a method and a device for sewage suction trucks and a sewage suction truck in order to reduce the fuel consumption of the engine and improve the automation performance of the sewage suction system. The system comprises an engine, a power take-off device, a vacuum pump, a wastewater storage tank, a first pipeline, a second pipeline, and an engine control unit for controlling the speed of the engine. The second pipeline is equipped with a suction pipe at one end. The system further comprises a vacuum pressure sensor used for acquiring the vacuum degree inside the wastewater storage tank, and a controller used for outputting a pre-stored idle speed signal or working speed signal to the engine control unit, wherein the controller outputs a pre-stored working speed signal to the engine control unit when the absolute value of the vacuum degree inside the wastewater storage tank is greater than the absolute value of a preset first standard value, and the controller outputs a pre-stored idle speed signal to the engine control unit when the absolute value of the vacuum degree inside the wastewater storage tank is smaller than the absolute value of a preset second standard value.
