Disclosed is an improved aluminum foil thermal insulation board with a destatic apparatus. The improved aluminum foil thermal insulation board comprises aluminum foil membranes, thermal insulation frames which are arranged at the two sides of the aluminum foil membranes and clamp the aluminum foil membranes, transparent thermal insulation boards respectively arranged outside the thermal insulation boards at the two sides of the aluminum foil membranes, and the destatic apparatus arranged between the thermal insulation frames at the two sides of the aluminum foil membranes. According to the invention, since electric connecting pieces and grounding conductive pieces are arranged, aluminum foil is arranged between the thermal insulation boards, the aluminum foil is not in contact with a wall, and the problem of heat conduction of the aluminum foil is solved. Since a layered structure is employed, the heat insulation effect is effectively improved.
