An enamelled plate composite branch plate is prepared from an enamelled plate and a non-combustible branch plate; sodium silicate is a high-temperature-resistant flame retardant, thereby making branches non-combustible at the temperature of thousand DEG C; the non-combustible branch plate has slight alkalinity to prevent insect ants from eating and restrain the growth of fungi; the non-combustible branch plate has a lot of hollow pores, thereby having quite good heat-preservation sound-insulation performance; the sodium silicate makes the branch plate hardened, and thus the branch plate has hard quality superior to wood after drying, and is hard and durable; the enamelled plate is not rusted; therefore, the enamelled plate composite branch plate has more than one hundred years of service life. Carbon molecules of the branch plate and silicon molecules of the sodium silicate undergo a chemical reaction in the flames to generate silicon carbide. The silicon carbide is a hard material resisting to high temperature of more than one thousand DEG C, so when a fire disaster breaks out, the enamelled plate composite branch plate has the stiffness with little change, and can prevent the fire disaster from extending. In conclusion, the enamelled plate composite branch plate is a best building material for building factory building makeshift houses.
