The invention provides a light-storing type night-lighting floor. When people get up in the night to urinate, people need to turn up a light in the darkness which is extremely inconvenient; when the light is turned up, sudden brightness change does great harm to the eyes of people and people need some time to adapt to the light turning-up environment; the light turning-up consumes energy. The surface of the floor is coated with light-storing type noctilucent material or raw material for the floor contains light-storing type noctilucent material. The manufacturing process of the light-storing type noctilucent material comprises the steps of using strontium aluminate as the matrix crystal, adding rare earth metal therein, performing sintering, forming raw material, crushing the raw material and screening out particles with a diameter of 40-70 microns through a screening device.
