The invention relates to one kind of hollowed out type renewable environmentally friendly sterilization floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The floor comprises a floor base plate, a scrap plate and a solid wooden plate. The floor is characterized in that the scrap plate and the floor base plate are sequentially connected with the lower surface of the solid wooden plate; a scattering layer and a hollowed out layer are sequentially arranged on the solid wooden plate; the hollowed out layer is clamped into a clamping groove connected onto the scattering layer; and the surface of the hollowed out layer is coated with a photocatalytic film. With the floor of the invention adopted, the problem of incapability of actual floor to effectively purify air and perform sterilization can be solved, and purification and sterilization photocatalytic effects are repeatedly regenerative. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the product. The method has the advantages of wide material selection range and concise process.
