Network line penetrated terrace composed of cup-shaped fulcrum plastic plate and concrete surface layer
A network line penetrated terrace composed of a cup-shaped fulcrum plastic plate and a concrete surface layer is used for building a floor and forming a hollow concrete terrace, wherein free line penetration can be realized. According to a traditional intelligent office building wiring method, the concrete terrace with a thickness of 40mm is firstly poured on a structural floor slab; and then a layer of a network-line arranging hollow board is placed, thereby causing defects of occupation of 150-200mm in building height and relatively high fabrication cost. According to the network line penetrated terrace, plastic plates are laid on the structural floor slab; and then a concrete surface layer is poured; the positions of a main line duct and a secondary line duct can be reserved, or the chambers of the line ducts can be cut later; the network-line arranging hollow board is replaced by the hollow concrete terrace; and the storey height can be reduced by 50mm. If the structural floor slab is lower than the surface of a structural beam, the storey height can be reduced by about 150mm through reserving line penetrating holes on a beam. The concrete hollow terrace realizes no vibration feeling in walking of a person, and a random decoration can be arranged on the surface of the concrete hollow terrace. Furthermore the total cost of the network line penetrated terrace is greatly reduced.
