Construction method of strip-texture decorating surface as-cast finish concrete template
The invention relates to a construction method of a strip-texture decorating surface as-cast finish concrete template. The construction method comprises the following steps of: (1), artificially manufacturing five kinds of strip-texture templates of which the widths are 30mm, 50mm, 100mm, 200mm and 300mm; (2) mounting strip-texture templates on a whole block of wisa board, arranging split bolt holes on the strip-texture templates, and performing gluing processing on the seam part of the whole block; (3) plating plastic on the strip-texture templates; (4) mounting an anti-crack steel wire; (5) mounting the strip-texture templates, and after mounting, performing checking and concealed acceptance through template technology, thereby entering a next process; and (6) detaching the strip-texture templates, when the strength of dry wall concrete after pouring reaches 1.2N/mm<2>, firstly manually detaching large templates of the dry wall, and then digging the strip-texture templates which are inlaid in the concrete wall surface by a rasp or other steel edge tools little by little. The construction method has advantages of high speed, high quality and high effect.
