The invention provides a prepackage type mounting device for electric equipment in an electric room and a mounting method thereof. The prepackage type mounting device for the electric equipment in the electric room comprises the electric room and an electric cabinet. Two side of a threshold of the electric room are respectively provided with an external support device and an internal support device. Both of the external support device and the internal support device are composed of support steel, universal balls and support legs, and the top of the universal ball of the external support device is provided with a support plate. The top of the support plate is provided with an electric cabinet. Other large-scale equipment such as a control cabinet, a power cabinet, and heave main devices such as a reactor and a large-scale transformer in the electric room can be mounted by changing different support plates. The prepackage type mounting device can be in common use in the electric room during installation of routine mounting devices, and cabinet being different in sizes in the electric room can be mounted through disposing electric cabinet support and positioning plates being different in sizes. The mounting device for electric cabinets in the electric room is easy to machine, and most manpower cost during installation of electric cabinets can be saved.
