The invention discloses an asynchronous transmission device for a sliding plug door system of a railway vehicle. The asynchronous transmission device comprises a motor, an input end gear train, a lead screw, a nut, an inner spline sleeve, an outer spline sleeve, an output end gear, a shifting fork, a roller, a shifting fork ejector rod and an unlocking shifting lever. Rotation is transmitted to the lead screw by the motor through the input end gear train. A spiral transmission pair is formed by the nut and the lead screw. A groove is formed in one end of the outer side of the nut, an outer spline is arranged at the other end of the outer side of the nut, and the groove and the outer spline are used for transmitting horizontal movement and rotation of the nut outwards respectively. The shifting fork ejector rod is arranged in the horizontal movement direction of the shifting fork, and the unlocking shifting lever is arranged at the front end of the ejector rod. During emergency unlocking, the unlocking shifting lever is driven by a steel wire rope to rotate, the ejector rod is pushed by a flange of the shifting lever, the roller does horizontal movement, and therefore a locking mechanism is driven to be unlocked. Transmission, locking and unlocking are integrated, structural space is small, and high reliability and good application prospects are achieved.
